here is the MTK6230 Media Editor by Oxa.
You can use it to modify the ciPhone's firmware but it will also support other firmwares as well. Use it to extract and replace pictures, sounds or for text editing. As always, any replaced media file must be shorter or equally in size of the original files.
It's easy to use:
1. Choose your ROM file.
2. Select a folder where the tool is supposed to extract the entire media files into.
3. Click on the "Extract Mediafiles" button, wait until it's done.
4. Select a folder where your media files are located.
5. For example: Select a wallpaper image you want to replace into the firmware.
6. Click on the "Upload" button to upload the picture into the firmware.
No need to save the firmware when you are finished, the changes are automatically saved as soon as you upload any media files.
I cannot guarantee that this program will work with ANY firmware, please everyone give it a try and please report back if it worked for you :-)
